How can I unlock my Apple Pay?

I can’t seem to have access to Apple Pay it saying it’s locked

The "Related Article" above your question gives all the info

Eg:says:

"Your account restriction or lock may be temporary :

until you verify your identity

or

while your account is under review,

or

you may need to contact Apple Support for next steps."


We are all Apple users, like yourself in this community, so we have no access to your accounts or details.

We'd like to help however.


Re: "it saying it's locked"

Does the error message also point to your next step as one of the three possible solutions above ?


If there is no clear indication (eg: need to verify), seems best to click the above link to Apple Support

From there online you can connect by phone, chat, email, etc., with those at Apple who could help you re-gain access.
