What if everything is working except Face ID

What if my Face ID isn’t working but I can still use front camera and Memoji and stuff like that. It stopped working due to water stuck in the front camera.

Your iPhone has sustained water damage. Your post points to a Face ID malfunction due to the water damage. Have your iPhone examined at the Apple Store or at an Authorized Service Center for further diagnosis and a resolution.
