Opening files app only shows “No file to preview”. No other buttons or options. How do you fix this?

We want to help clarify what you are noticing.

From what we are seeing the iPhone can't recognize the file. Did it previously open?

Do files from the same source have the same issue?

If you download a new file does this occur?

What type of file are you trying to open?
