my desktop windows 11 will not synch with my iphone calendar or contacts

my iCloud for windows (11) will not synch with my iPhone. both are signed in !

icloud data file not available When I try to sync iCloud contacts and calendar with Outlook 365 it does not work: the iCloud data file does not appear in the Account settings in Outlook after having done the necessary actions on the iCloud app. If I Add a data file and select iCloud then the Location section shows "Not available". Calendar synchronisation between iMac and iPhone does not work anymore since update hi everybody, since the last update (mac mini mac os ventura 13.1. and iphone 13 mini ios 16.2.) the direct calendar synchronization between mac and phone (not using icloud) does not work anymore. does anyone have similar problems? we had this situation already a while ago where apple tried to cancel the direct synchronization method and force everybody to use exclusively icloud. it is really disturbing that such a basic functionality does not work properly. best g

synching Mac info to Phone Had problems with Messages, and I installed current OS for phone. Now Contacts and Calendars are not synched. I get a message to 'turn off' these apps on iCloud settings, but in the new iCloud there is no place to turn anything off.

To which email account are the calendar events synced with your iPhone? Please remove and add the email account, that's it.

Unlike some Android devices, contacts are neither stored locally on an iPhone nor in SIM. They are synced to an email account that you had Google, iCloud, AOL, Exchange, Outlook, Yahoo or any Other

If you have a corporate email account added through a profile on your device, please check with your organisation's system administrator.
