Frequent Kernel Panics in one day

My Imac keeps randomly getting kernel panics. I have been getting watch dog panics at least once a week for months now but today I have been getting this panic (cpu 5 caller 0xffffff801f828cc0): "Possible memory corruption:

this is just super frustrating.

do I need to remove all of my RAM?

If you have RAM you can substitute, try that. Or, remove one module at a time in an effort to isolate the problem to one of them.

Consider using Apple Diagnostics: Use Apple Diagnostics to test your Mac - Apple Support. If AD definitively identifies failed memory (any of the PPMxxx codes), then consider it a conclusive result. On the other hand AD may finish with "no issues found" which simply means it was unable to conclusively identify a specific failure.
