Prime Video on Apple TV

Cannot watch Thursday Night Football on Prime Video via Apple TV. It works on all of my other devices. I have downloaded the app on Apple TV and we have used it a lot in the past. All other apps (Hulu, ESPN, Paramount, Netflix, etc.) are working. I reset and updated Apple TV and even unplugged it and rebooted. I uninstalled the Prime Video app and then reinstalled it. When i click on the Prime Video app it shows the TNF game and movie choices but none will open when I click on them. Spent an hour on the phone with Amazon to no avail.
