Apple Cash doesn’t work

When I go to setting and try to turn on Apple Cash it gives me error saying apple services are unavailable but I can use Apple Pay on transactions physically and online. I even tried adding a secondary debit card and still won’t allow me. My phone is up to date as well. Just want to send money using Apple Pay

  1. Check the region on your device to ensure it is correct (Settings>general>language & region - set to your region). If it is correct, you may need to select the same region again.
  2. Check your Apple ID region to make sure it is correct. If it is correct, you may need to select the same region again. (Change your Apple ID country or region - Apple Support)
