When you say your “iPhone 11 screen is off center”, I’m assuming the physical screen is just fine, but the image, on the screen, is “off center”, with respect to the physical screen, and, perhaps, even enlarged, a bit.
Is that an accurate supposition?
This can be due to having the screen “zoomed in”.
Check on Settings->Accessibility->Zoom.
Alternatively, you can, at times, magnify the screen using the two-finger “zoom” jesture.
