all of my audio fx are stuck in editor view

I accidentally clicked some keys on my keyboard and suddenly anytime I went to add an audio fx to one of my tracks, it would pop up this alert message asking me if I wanted to switch to “editor view” I didn’t read it properly because I was focused on my project and scurried off of it but it kept popping up each time I wanted to add an audio fix and it started to annoy me until I allowed it without really knowing and it switched the entire view of my audio fix from control view to editor view and I hate it. I can manually switch it back in each audio fx page but that’s too inconvenient as I’d like for it to switch automatically. I tried to change my display settings but none appear to allow me to switch off the editor view, not even the control view. Please help!!
