I select them and send them to my aol.com email acct and they dont go anywhere nor do I ever receive them. Up until about 6 months ago I had no problem.

How many are you trying to send at once? Email providers set a limit on the amount of data that can be sent per email. Make sure you aren't exceeding that limit.
