I need a feature where, if iPhone call connects to the caller, it vibrates, This will enable me to hold the phone down it I feel the vibration which indicates the call is through

That is not currently a feature of the iPhone. And, no one here in this user-to-user forum can implement such a thing. You should let Apple know what you'd like to see here:

Meanwhile, just put the phone on speaker for the less than 30 seconds before someone picks up or the call goes to voicemail.
