Some iPads are so old they can't handle the newer iOS, thus can't handle the newer App Store downloads. You can try to open the App Store and see if there is an older web browser available or just visit http://www.google.com/ on Safari. Keep in mind some Apps within Google may not be accessible because of the older browser versions.


Your iPad 2 (if it is not an air) can only handle up to iOS 9.
