See if you meed system requirements:

1. Go here: System Requirements for iCloud - Apple Support
2. As it Reads: "Some Android devices can use iCloud.com, but the site works best when using supported browsers on macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and Windows."

You may be able to access files at iCloud.com but features such as iCloud syncing will not work.
