How do I get rid of the screen option buttons at the top of the iPad screen

I want the screen options at the top of my screen removed.

You can't.

That 3 dot multitasking button is an integral part of the iPadOS 15 UI.

This cannot be removed.

The three dots “button” is a core element of the iPadOS15 User Interface - intended to simplify use of full/split/slide-over multitasking. This control cannot be hidden or suppressed - and neither can multi-tasking be disabled in iPadOS15.
