App still starting at start up menu evn though is not on it
How to stop an app from starting at the start menu when is not included in the start menu?

Was the Application Open when the computer was shut down ( Off ) ?
Was there a check mark in first image below ? If yes, next time Uncheck that box.
Review the second image. What is appearing in the Login Items ? To remove item, Unlock the Padlock ( three in image ) with the Computer Password and use the Minus ( four in image ) to remove the Application for Launching at Startup
