Music not syncing across devices.

I've had this symptom (or a similar one at least) before, but it "fixed itself". This one might as well, but last time I actually had Support watching a screen share to make sure I hadn't completely lost it.

Apple Music on my MacBook Pro (2020 build M1 chip, macOS 12.6) says the album I just bought (not from iTunes Store) has matched:

But my iPhone 8 (don't judge -- iOS 15.7) and iPad 4 Mini (iPadOS 15.7) both report

We have Family Sharing, I am not the organizer, but that shouldn't matter (it never has before) since this was a CD purchase that left out iTunes altogether. Most of my music falls into this category in fact, and normally I have no trouble with this setup. Occasionally it takes a while, but this is the better part of today so far, with no progress.

All devices are connected to the same wifi, and wifi is connected to the internet (which is how I'm able to post this).

Things I've tried already:

  1. Sign out and back in from iTunes Store on all devices.
  2. Manually update the cloud library from the MacBook (multiple times).
  3. Restart all devices (Have you tried turning if off and back on again).
  4. Delete the entire album for the library and import it again.

Obviously none of these worked or I wouldn't be here.

Status is not reporting an outage currently, but Music did report an outage to Update Genius earlier this morning. (This shouldn't be directly relevant to the problem, but it could have indicated something else that was.)

Sync Library is turned on on both mobile devices.

This is the first album I've tried importing in a few weeks that didn't come from iTunes, but I had no problems with that one.

iTunes Match just renewed Sept 2, but I've imported at least one CD since that happened with no issue.

My region settings are what they've always been -- US, with all the temperature, currency and date format settings you've come to expect. Also time zone.

I really, really doubt that this album is truly not available in the US, but I'm not sure how you'd confirm that.

I'm out of ideas other than "wait a while longer and see if it fixes itself again." Anybody got anything better than that?

PS: I'm tagging this as iPhone + Apple Music on Other Devices, because everything on my Mac looks and acts normal. So it's the most likely source of the problem, but I can't rule out other factors.

UPDATE: Apparently the right answer is, in fact, "wait a while longer and see if it fixes itself again." Because this morning, all is well. This happened sometime between around 01:30 and 09:45 this morning, but I can't narrow it down any further than that, and I still don't know the root cause.
