That’s one of many issues that arise when (erroneously) sharing an Apple ID. Is that the case here? As mentioned above, everybody needs their own Apple ID. Family Sharing is useful to share apps and purchases, which is among the usual reasons why folks will try sharing an Apple ID.

Not sure if you mean that you are sharing a phone? sharing an Apple ID? or something else.
