Turn off hold side button for emergencies on Apple Watch Ultra

Is there anyway to disable the “hold side button” for emergency’s on the Apple Watch Ultra? Mainly asking because it was my first round of golf today wearing it and throughout the entire round I kept having to cancel the emergency services option because it would activate during my swing. Thanks!
