Get my iPhone 11 to vibrate when I get a message, ring when i get a call?

how do I get my iPhone 11 to vibrate when i get a message but ring when i get a call? i don’t want it to ding when i get a text message, email, etc. i do, however, want it to ring when i get a call.

i normally have my phone on silent (vibrate) because i *hate* the ding sound when i get a notification. i have epilepsy and my aunt called me 14 times and left work because i wasn’t answering. i was asleep but she thought something had happened.

this is really important to me and if i could get some help that would be great! :)
