Android and Apple devices/services are not directly inter-workable. If moving from an Android to Apple device, there is a migration tool:

Move from Android to iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Otherwise, you will might attempt to synchronise your Android contacts using a third-party service/App - such as Google or Microsoft Outlook.
