My MacBook Air shut off and when it turned back on brought me to the login screen. Usually after three attempts it’ll show you the reset your password option but that doesn’t show nor does R+ Command how do I fix this???

Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support
Failing that, reset the password:
