What is this icon mean? My microphone doesn’t work.

There isn’t an option for texting/messaging and it’s not working for any app.

this did NOT solve the issue.

It’s the entire phone, and that pic is specifically text messages.

Which app is that? It appears that the Microphone is not available to that app. You can open Settings ➡️ Privacy & Security ➡️ Microphone: Here you can set the switch next to that app to ON.
