Hello, I have Garage band icon with a 27 badge. I go to Notification center and their is no notification.
How can I see those notifications, How do I clear the badge?
One more question, can Notification be save?

1: There are new updates for some of what you’ve downloaded in GarageBand; new sound libraries; loops and such. Open GarageBand, and wade through the offerings. The following is the notice that the GarageBand app displays about this:
Go into the loops, and look for the New tab on each new or changed offering, and tap on each one, etc.

Can I dismiss the notification ( the Badge) without downloading everything?
Ok one tap on every new sound. It annoying, but it did the job.
What is this, Notification badge at 27 and no Notification?
