Why there is so bad sound quality when using wired earphones with
lightning to 3.5mm adapter? How to fix this?
These earphones sounds very good on other devices, but not my iPhone.

That is your problem. But a better one either from Apple or one that has a mFi rating.
Get a flashlight and a toothpick and clean the Lightning port on the iPhone and the 3.5mm connector on the adapter. If that does not work and the adapter is from Apple and less than a year old get it replaced.
Everything is very clean. Lightning adapter is cheap, not from Apple.
