So do I wait till the subscription go away?

The subscription will not go away.

It is not possible to delete a subscription that you have canceled or expired.

This will disappear from your purchases after about a year.

Because ur ends today I cancelled it already

Then you can try to submit a refund, see -> Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple.
