Logitech K810 keyboard spacebar not responding.

Is there a way to resolve the Logitech K810 spacebar problem? It does not respond (using it with iPad and iPhone? Also, some of the letter keys are not responding.

I would contact Logitech support since it appears to be problem with the KB since it does has same problem with iPad and iPhone.

Logitech slim combo not working properly with ipadOS It seems to be a problem with the top right of the keyboard where they keys seem to be functioning as mouse controls e.g I is up J is down. reportted this on the beta but did not get a resolution, have turned off the beta profile and no joy. connectors are clean, have also tried restarting several times and checking alignment. the keyboard was new but I did not use it before updating to beta so not entirely sure if it is an issue with the new OS or not, need help? Thanks!
