I am not receiving text messages from Android phones, how do I fix this?

YOu need to contact your phone carrier to resolve the issue. Your line isn't provisioned to use MMS.

You contact your phone carrier SMS is their feature.

An android is not an iPhone. Reach out to the Android support not the Apple support.
