I need to return my old iPhone but I still haven’t received the trade in box in the mail
My husband and I traded in our iPhones and never received boxes to send in our old ones. How do we request boxes be sent to us for this return?

Well, you’ve omitted many details, so I will list numerous assumptions:
- You used the online Apple Store
- You are in the U.S.
- You purchased the iPhones and submitted the trade information in the same order
- You either submitted two orders, one for each iPhone and corresponding trade, or one order for both iPhones and both trades
