HomeKit Apple TV 'Camera Stream Limit Reached'

When I first installed my Logitech Circle cameras they worked beautifully. I would get notifications on my tv and it would show live video for a few seconds. After a while the video started to become choppy and now I just get a still image alert. When I try to open the alert it tells me that the camera stream limit has been reached.

Just recently I purchased a Logitech doorbell. It was the only device that worked perfectly. As of yesterday it started behaving just like the other cameras where I only get a still image notification. Pretty frustrating.

Anyone have any ideas?

The number of supported cameras depends on your iCloud plan (in GB).

There may be additional device limitations, like no simultaneous views of the video stream.
