I haven’t received a subscription

So a month ago I purchased a refund, never received it. Then I started stressing. I tried to get a refund, but you guys did nothing about it. Can you do something now or have I just wasted my time and money?

Is not possible to purchased a refund, but you can request a refund.


See -> Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple.

Request a refund for apps or content you've bought from Apple – Apple Support (UK)


If you have requested a refund, you must wait until Apple has approved. Then you will receive a message from Apple.

Refunds are not guaranteed. For more information, see the Terms & Conditions.

 

Then ->  Check the status of a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple
