Has anyone figured out how to correct it? I can not leave any reviews and have tried the iTune solution in this thred You must own this item to rate this app e… - Apple Community and it did not work.

Cannot leave review in App Store I keep getting an error “must purchase app to review app’. I purchased and own this app but still cannot review it. I am logged into the only account I use to purchase apps. The page clearly shows I own it as you can see in pic provided. It shows it is downloaded on my device. Has been for years. I’ve done the only things I can since I do in fact own it. I have restarted my device and redownloaded the app without any changes. What happens if duplicate apps grow in the App Store? Greetings I am writing to notify you about a leak in the Appstore , which is against Apple's rules but it exists, And it could harm the performance of the App Store Performance for its users. Have you ever noticed duplicate apps in the Appstore? There are some apps available in the Appstore that are exactly the same as each other even in names, in the icon and the same creator, Why shouldn't there be any structure to stop these activities in the store?
