Forgot Apple ID

How can I get my Apple ID back. I lost my other phone and I don’t remember the Apple ID I have on that phone, I have the number for it and remember my password but not the iCloud

See if you can recover the ID/password. An iCloud e-mail address is an Apple ID. Use every email address you can think of.
