Buy something more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method for the excess amount; if you can't, use this link to ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.

Hey Niel,

Further to my credit balance issue, I tried to buy a ring tone to clear the balance, and new problem comes: I added my PayPal into the payment method and purchased a message tone R2D2 for US$1.07 (tax included), which meant I only need to pay additional US$ 0.59 to get the ring tone (US$ 0.48 credit balance in this ID, you may see the receipt from PayPal as per Pic 2). But I couldn't find the purchase history in my iTunes Stores (Pic 1) while my apple ID account purchase history shows the purchase is still pending (Pic 3). So does that mean I need to wait, or you may cancel the purchase?
