Ever since I got my Macbook pro, it would occasionally crash, out of nowhere. It happens about once a month.
The only programs I use are Adobe software (all purchased legally). Apart from that I use Chrome. That's it.
Before 2021 I used a Macbook pro from 2013, and it never happened to me.
Why is this happening?

Try to check your MacBook Pro with Apple diagnostics if your crash is caused by hardware related issue.
Use Apple Diagnostics to test your Mac - Apple Support
If it doesn't help or no error is reported, start up your MacBook Pro with Safe mode then normal boot could solve your issue.
Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support
If it doesn't help either, upgrade your MacBook Pro to Ventura which could solve your issue, though you should check your applications are compatible with Ventura.

I guess I'll know if that helped in a month (when it doesn't crash again).
