Can I pay

my Apple Card bill with my Mastercard credit card? If so, how?

No. You cannot pay one credit card with another. That is tantamount to fraud, unless you do so through the credit restructuring mechanisms such as Balance Transfer or Cash Advances. You can only pay Apple Card with money from a bank account, debit card or Apple Cash.

If you can take a cash advance out of your other credit card and added to a bank account, you can use that to pay the Apple Card.
