icloud email not working!! need help

Log into My Apple ID and

1 - Make sure the e-mail address associated with tour account is being used in setting up iCloud

Refer to below about the 3 different domain names used over the years form Apple

iCloud: About your @icloud.com, @me.com and @mac.com email addresses

2 - While in the My Apple ID - make sure the Payments section is accurate and remove or update any Credit Card Information

If iCloud Mail isn't working - Apple Support

My iTunes want me to give a visa deit care that I no longer have
