A bug where the configuration panel does not work properly in Logic Pro after upgrading to Mac Ventura. Even if I try to change the audio output device, it doesn't change and just keeps telling me to deactivate. Speaking as that voiceover user, I was trying to change the device in the audio input/output device, but it said that it was deactivated and it was not selected.

Is Audio Midi Setup utility still a program in Applications -> Utilities? Settings during updates and upgrades may go higher than stereo 16bit 44kHz, creating issues for audio apps that before were only using stereo input/output.

To do that, what settings should I touch and how? How and where can I see this if the stereo level is higher when upgrading?
