My apple pencil get fully charged, but not working with my ipad. Is this pencil tip issue?

Make sure the tip is screwed on securely, but not too tight.

Also, you may need to replace the tip with the spare tip supplied in the original box or purchase a set of replacement tips from Apple.

Also, when was the Pencil last used and working and when was the last time it was charged up?
