iOS 16.1 Breaks Payment Methods for Subscriptions

After upgrading to iOS 16.1, it broke the Payment & Shipping in Settings. Apple Pay is missing, it keeps asking me for password twice and it is not showing current payment methods.

This issue reflected on my Apple One subscription as my payment was rejected.

I have contacted Apple Support but they told me to just delete and re-add my cards in Wallet. It didn’t fixed the issue.

iPhone 12 Pro, iOS 16
