Card info used at another iTunes account

Greetings!

I wanted tireport about the problem with the payments made. I have an issue, technical, somebody has stolen my girlfriend’s credit card information and linked that card to another iTunes account. Several transactions have been made from another iTunes account using my stolen card info.

Does anybody faced such a situation? In the support I cannot make an case, as those purchases were made from some account using my card.

So, I’ve already blocked my card but my bank cannot help, as transactions have been made via iTunes.

I want to cancel those transactions made and return my money back, because those purchases been made by criminals who has stolen the credit card number. Maybe someone had similar case?

You should have contacted the bank immediately.

Ask te bank to block that card, and ask a new card.

Contact your bank, they can find out who (name, address & account number) has collected the amount from your bank account, and when.

Depending on your bank, they can collect the amount back within 30 days.

Also report to the police.
