MacOS Update for macbook air 13' 2015

I need help with updating my Macbook urgent for work. Please help as the last version of Macos ventura cannot be downloaded.

Ventura is compatible with 2018 and later MacBook Air models. See: macOS Ventura is compatible with these computers - Apple Support
Monterey is the last version possible with a 2015 model. There is a 12.6.1 update available. See: Apple security updates - Apple Support
