Apple tv factory reset done but unable to setup the wifi without apple remote

That is the issue what I am highlighting. There should be a way without remote to do the setup and complete it. Atleast ethernet connection with a mac laptop interface should do the work. You have also published software remote application too.

But this is a flaw in the design.

I have the remote its not working. It became non-functional. I expect a tv will work without a remote. Just going near it and just use the control on it. Like wise apple tv I thought can function without remote since it has USB - c cable, can communicate to itunes and also it has eathernet access etc.

For sure there should be a enhancement consideration on this.
