Have the code sent to one of your backup trusted telephone numbers as SMS or automated voice message -> see Get a verification code and sign in with two-factor authentication - Apple Support



Otherwise, you’ll have to use account recovery -> How to use account recovery when you can’t reset your Apple ID password - Apple Support
