For some reason, I can’t access the control center without first unlocking my iPhone. I used to be able to swipe down without unlocking it but now I don’t know how to fix this…I would really like to get it back to “normal” 😅 thank you!

Double Check the following Setting:
Open Settings ➡️ Face ID & Passcode ➡️ Allow Access When Locked (Scroll Down for this) ➡️ Control Center: Set this switch to ON.
