Student discount

Hello, I’m a student(T.Mithuran) who is currently studying at Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology (SLIIT) located in Sri Lanka. Also I have an International Student Identity Card (ISIC).

I would like to know 3 things:

  1. If I can go on holiday to another country where there is an Apple store, can I get a student discount there?
  2. If the discount is there I can get it directly or online?
  3. if I use my student discount to buy items and it gets taxed, can I get it back at the airport?

Student Discount programmes from Apple, where available, require that eligible students are enrolled in a recognised higher education programme within the country of purchase.

In most countries, the key to accessing Apple’s Educational Discount programme is being registered with UNiDAYS.

Outside of the US, student discounts are handled by Unidays. If you do not see this option in Unidays, you are not eligible.

Student discounts are only valid in the country where you are listed as attending a qualified institution.
