When I press and hold the reset button it does not flash amber then white
My iPhone is not connecting to my airpods.
When I press and hold the reset button it does not go to amber and white it just goes off

How long is the setup button being help. In order to reset your AirPods, you'll want to:
- Make sure your AirPods are in the case
- Close the lid
- Press and hold the set up button for about 15 seconds until you see the status light flash amber
