Chinese keyboard? Why do I have this app?

I do not speak or use Chinese language, but found it on my iphone. Why?

Chinese characters are appearing on phone When I do a spotlight search for an app that is not in my phone, the first box shows the app in the App Store with the get button next to it. The name of the app will be in English but then next to it is Chinese characters. Some apps are just completely in Chinese. I’ve already secured my account, changed the password, made sure no devices other than my own are logged in under my iCloud, language and region are all correct but I can’t get the Chinese characters to go away. It makes me worried because my abusive ex partner that was Chinese that would go on my phone without my knowledge. I’ve attached screenshots, he infiltrated my Amazon Alexa devices so I had to disable and restart all of that. I’m worried that the characters are showing in Chinese, I’m not sure if my account is somehow linked somewhere to his or he has access. I’ve attached screenshots.

Irish keyboard replaces “cá bhfuil” with “cá bhfuil…” Every time I type “cá bhfuil” in Irish with the Irish keyboard on it gets automatically replaced with “cá bhfuil…” and you basically can’t get rid of those “…” because as soon as you click somewhere else they reappear. mon iPhone 14 plus
