I want to install macOS Ventura operating system on my computer. When I go to the Mac App Store, it says it's suitable for my computer's compatibility, but when I download it, it doesn't update. Why could it be?

sorry, but you're mistaken. the 2016 MBP cannot run Ventura. it needs to be at least a 2017 model.
