Mail App

Hi, how do you stop the mail app from randomly opening on my screen? It will just open itself and interrupt any work or whatever is on the screen. Nothing I do seems to stop it from happening. The Mail 'Open at Login' option is also off.

Disable All Mail Notifications:

Go Here: Manage Notifications from Mail on Mac - Apple Support
Scroll to: Change or turn off all notifications from Mail
Proceed from there as necessary
