Apple's support document Leave Family Sharing - Apple Support describes how to disband or leave a family sharing group. 'Delete family sharing' could be interpreted as any one of these:
Read the paragraph(s) in this docent which are relevant to you:
- Remove yourself from a family group
- Remove someone from your family group
- Disband a family group
* A group with a child under 13 cannot be disbanded until the child has been transferred to another family group. This is explained in Move a child to another group using Family Sharing
